Our rates are as follows:
The Weekend rate is $350 for all seasons. That’s from Friday afternoon check in of 3pm, until Sunday afternoon check out at 3 pm.
The Weekly rate is $700 for all season.
There are 3 Bedrooms and 1 Bath, fully equipped kitchen, living room with a field stone fireplace. The master Bedroom has a king size bed. There is a full size bed in one bedroom and a twin size bed with a trundle in the other bedroom.
Deposit
There is a $100 deposit required to hold the dates. The balance is due one week prior to your stay.
Cancellation
Cancellations are accepted within reasonable notice. Refunds are at the owner’s discretion.
